I recently visited The Ridge Vet Clinic with my beloved dog, Brandy, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff at The Ridge Vet Clinic made us feel welcome and reassured. Dr. Joanne was incredibly attentive and thorough during the examination, taking the time to address all of my concerns and ensure Brandy's comfort.
What truly set The Ridge Vet Clinic and Dr. Joanne apart was their follow-up. I received a call the next day to check on Brandy's progress, which meant a lot to me and showed their genuine care for their patients.
Communication with the team was a breeze - they were always responsive and eager to help.
I just can't put into words how much I love The Ridge and both Dr. Gaines and Dr. Miller. My two doggos were patients of Dr Backlund and when he retired these amazing docs took over. While I was apprehensive before I took my dogs, I knew they were going to get the best care after their first visit. Highly recommend The Ridge and any of the fantastic vets. Your furry family member will receive nothing but the best care.
