Dr. Kennedy is an Omaha native and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She received her veterinary degree from Iowa State University and has practiced in the Ralston and Omaha area since graduating, first at a small animal practice for almost seven years and then at an emergency clinic for the past year and a half.

Dr. Kennedy is proficient in many surgeries including the lateral suture repair for CCL/ACL injuries, abdominal ultrasound, and dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys being outside exploring, playing volleyball or other sports with friends, gardening, and traveling. Dr. Kennedy and her husband Bryce, an ER nurse, have two children as well as a golden retriever named Shadow and a tortie cat named Autumn.
